Brian Russell, P.E., Esq.

Principal Engineer

Brian Russell earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University Fullerton with an emphasis in structural engineering. He is licensed in several states to practice as a Professional Engineer, including Washington, California, and Oregon, and is also a licensed attorney in Washington. Brian has designed several hundred buildings, including residential, municipal, and commercial structures, and is the engineer of record for hundreds of projects. Mr. Russell has also completed scores of forensic engineering investigations on buildings across the country for various clients, including insurance companies, law firms, and home owners. These projects included issues such as: water intrusion, flood damage, soil movement, construction vibration damage, fire damage and repair, tree strikes, hail, and vehicle impacts. When Brian isn't working he enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to his community.
